Intellectual properties are in the news. It comes as a boon for individuals. At the root of IP is the invention. The invention is nothing but an application of an idea to solve an impending problem or create a new and better way of handling life situations. The good news for general public or ad admi is that generation of ideas is not a prerogative of people working or associated with big institutions. In fact working with the big corporation limits one's opportunity for using his talents in generating new ideas. This is because organizations have their own agenda and line of thought and individuals working with them have to align their thinking to toe those agenda.
